“Our visit to Mamac”, un article de la classe com’

Dans le cadre du projet Arti-Cité et plus particulièrement dans un travail du projet NiceArTs, la classe de 3°6, “classe communication artistique, culturelle et créative” a effectué une première sortie au MAMAC ce mardi 11 octobre 2016 afin de vous présenter la rétrospective Ernest Pignon Ernest qui s’y déroule actuellement.
Des dessins, des photographies, des travaux littéraires ainsi que des articles en plusieurs langues, tous réalisés par les élèves, vous proposent ici un avant goût de cette exposition.

We had a visit on Tuesday, October 11th from 1:20pm to 4:30pm. We went to the Modern and Contemporary Art Museum by tramway. We left the school at 1:20pm. We

arrived at 1:45pm. Miss Martinez, Tessa, Hanane and Leslie forgot to go out the tramway. We made fun of them ! The museum Mamac is covered with marble. This museum, dedicated to contemporary art, offers a panorama of art from the 1950s to the present. Its vocation is to attest to international creation through such great artists as Andy Warhol, Tom Wesselmann, Ellsworth Kelly, Frank Stella, Robert Longo. It presents the artists from the school of Nice who left their mark on 20th century : Yves Klein, Cesar Arman.

The Mamac opens at 10 am and closes at 6pm. It is closed on mondays. It is situated at place Yves Klein in Nice, the phone is +330497134201 . The exihibition on Ernest Pignon Ernest is from June 25th, 2016 till January 8th 2016, it opens from 10 am to 6pm except on mondays. It is a retrospective wich proposes to trace the work of Ernest Pignon Ernest ( 50 years work).
